Q:  Can I leave the country with my kids while going through divorce?  I am a British citizen. my wife is American. We have 3 children who are American. I purchased round trip plane tickets to the UK for 2 weeks to see family. I am about to file for divorce. Can i still take them out of the country without their mother?

A:   Under Arizona law, you cannot leave the Court's jurisdiction without a Court Order or Mother's written consent, WHILE THE CASE IS PENDING.
